Vision Finance: Central Management Profile Models and VAT Rates Distribution
Central > Ledger Groups and Codes
You can now distribute Profile models and VAT Rates along with Ledger Groups and Codes to the connected MIS if you have Central Management responsibility.
What's New
The Ledger Group and Codes page has new Profile and VAT Code columns, which can be filtered.
To start distribution highlight your selected rows and click the Distribute button.
Select which schools will receive the update then click Next.
Then click Proceed to run the distribution process.
A message will display in the top right of the screen upon completion.
You can go to Central > Distribution Summary to find all distribution events. Click the eye icons for more details.
The pop-up displays all relevant information.
Note
With the introduction of this development you can also now send amendments to existing ledger codes centrally.
