Note: The Payroll Allowance list is maintained in Config > Administration > Lookup Tables, and will allow users to create preset Payroll Allowances.
Versions allows a user to add set amounts for an Additional Allowance, and maintain different versions for different timeframes. Clicking Add displays the Add Version popup.
Staff > Staff Details > Contracts > Add/Edit Contract
On the Pay tab, a user can now select Additional Allowance as a Pay Item Type. The Payment Type dropdown list displays the list of Additional Payment Types.
Note: If a user selects a Payment Type that is active within the Start Date and End Date of the Additional Allowance, the Annual Amount field is populated with the amount from that selected Version and can be edited if the Is Editable option has been selected in Add Version popup.
