Administration - Performance Management
Modules > Administration > HR & Performance Management
A Performance Management option has been added under My Profile.
Modules > Administration > HR & Performance Management > Access Levels and Permissions
An additional tab Performance Management has been added to the Access Level Permissions settings page. This gives the options of Not Permitted, Permitted or Permitted - Requires Approval . This permission will control whether the User can see the Performance Management area in My Profile.
Modules > Administration > HR & Performance Management > Manage Approval Processes
If any of the options Require Approval, just click the Add approval step button and add your selections using the dropdown options. Up to 5 steps can be added,
