Administration - SCR data check on Staff & Governor Profile Page


Staff> Staff list> Staff Profile

A new panel, SCR Data Check, has been added on the right of each staff member or governor's profile page, visible in all tabs. This provides an overview of whether that person's SCR is up-to-date, and, if not, what information needs to be updated.

If issues are found, the panel is red and displays the message 'X issues found. You may need to update the following areas' with a scrollable list of the fields which need to be reviewed.

Click on a link in the list to go to the correct area in the profile to update the record (for example, Identity Check).

When any information in a record is updated and saved, the SCR Data Check panel shows the new SCR status.

If no issues are are found with the SCR, the panel is green and displays the message 'Success: No issues found. Your SCR Data for this record is up to date'.
