When a user clicks on Add SWAC Information they will be presented with a popup with two tabs.
In the first tab SWAC Roles, select the Role from the dropdown, the FTE, Start Date and End Date if known.
In the second tab SWAC Staff Category, tick the Teaching Role check box if required and select the Category from the dropdown, list.
Config > Setup > Roles And Permissions
The SWAC Information option will have to be enabled from the Framework module for the appropriate roles.
