The following enhancement has been made to the Search Filters functionality in the Student List page:

• When clicking on Search Filters to expand the search parameters and selecting Status = Pre Admission, a new dropdown field labelled Pre Admission Group has been added as a single-select option.

Note:

• The Pre-Admission Group dropdown values are retrieved from Modules > Administration > Pre-Admission Groups.

• The Pre Admission Groups displayed will be based on the Active Date Filter, showing only those with an Admission Date within the filter range.

A new checkbox Hide past pre-admission groups has been added to the Admission Groups table and will be ticked by default.

When ticked, the Admission Groups table will only display entries where the Admission Date is today or in the future. All groups with an Admission Date in the past will be hidden.
