The label for Stage Assessment across all pages in the MIS have been renamed to Key Stage Levels of Progression. Example:
Key Stage Levels of Progression templates will now be automatically generated for the specified Year Groups (Years 4, 7, and/or 10). These templates will include an overall Year Group template for all users, as well as individual templates for each Tutor Group, assigned to the respective Tutor Group Teacher(s).
Specified Year Groups are defined when they appear in 'Group Type - Year Group' on the Groups page, with the NC Year Group assigned in the Additional Group Details panel.
Once this setup is complete, the specified Year Groups will be visible (read only) in Config > Assessment > Configurations.
Note: Only Year Groups 4, 7, and 10 will show if configured for the school.
The columns used in the template will be determined by the School Medium set up in Config > Administration > Characteristics. The following columns will be shown for each School Medium:
For English Medium with Irish Unit schools, the following Communication fields will be locked and uneditable:
Communication (Irish) will be locked when TTTIM is not ticked.
Communication (English) will be locked when TTTIM is ticked for a student in KS1 only.
Tip: If TTTIM is updated while the Marksheet is open, users can refresh the Marksheet to instantly update the columns.
Note: TTTIM can be found in Students > Student Details > Profile > Ethnicity, Religion & Language.
