Attendance - Benchmarking - Bromcom Shared Data
Bromcom Shared Data is only available to Schools who have given Consent. We would encourage you to do this to help improve the quality of shared Data provided by Bromcom in the Attendance Dashboard.
To give Consent to join the Bromcom Shared Data Family go to Config > Analysis > Live Benchmarking.

Additional options All Schools (Bromcom) and Intake Type (Bromcom) - (Comprehensive, Grammar, Religious etc), have been added to the Benchmark dropdown list in the Settings panel. When a selection is made from the Benchmark dropdown list and Applied the Headline Figures are updated to show the Comparison.
Note: If the Chain Link icon displays unbroken all the Charts with this option will update when one is changed to another View.
Note: Unlike National Data Comparison the Bromcom shared Data does allow Year Group Filtering in the Settings.
Overall Chart
The Overall Chart displays Attendance information for Attendance, Absence, Persistent Absence, Authorised, Unauthorised and Lates (L & U). When the Maximise View is selected there is also a table of Students, clicking on a Student will open a new window displaying the Attendance Details for that Student.
Absence Chart
The Absence Chart displays the Reason. When the Maximise View is selected there is also a table of Students, clicking on a Student will open a new window displaying the Attendance Details for that Student.
Groups Chart
The Groups Chart displays Attendance information for Attendance, Absence, Persistent Absence, Authorised, Unauthorised and Lates (L & U). When the Maximise View is selected there is also a table of Students, clicking on a Student will open a new window displaying the Attendance Details for that Student.
Timeline Chart
The Timeline Chart will be released shortly.
