For schools in England, we have enhanced the Commented Attendance Report to display any comments recorded for attendance marks B, K, and Y7. This update supports the new option to record Nature of Activity/Reason for Absence for these specific codes, enabling better tracking and reporting for admin users.

Select the Include Nature of Activity tick box to include Nature of Activity/Reason for Absence Comments on the Commented Attendance Report.

Key Changes:

• New columns titled "Nature of Activity/Reason for Absence" and "Nature of Activity/Reason for Absence Commenter" have been added to the Commented Attendance Report, visible after the Commenter column.
• Displaying comments associated with attendance marks B, K, and Y7.

• Manage Attendance
• Student Attendance Status
• Today's Missing Register
• Bulk Attendance Updates
• Student List Page
• Group List Page

This update improves visibility and tracking for specific attendance codes, ensuring that admin staff can monitor and report on these details with greater accuracy.
