Attendance - DfE Covid Subcodes
The DfE have introduced Subcodes for the I and X Attendance Codes. These Subcodes will be available on the 8th March 2021.
Note: The current COVID Attendance Codes 7, 8, 9 and 0 can no longer be used after 7th March 2021
Modules > Attendance > Manage Attendance
The Subcodes will be available when adding or Amending Attendance Marks via the Manage Attendance page.
Config > Attendance > Attendance Codes
The Attendance Codes page has been updated with an Active Subcodes column and a Manage Subcodes button, that will be visible when a Code has been selected. The Default Subcode will automatically be assigned when Teachers enter the Mark. The Default Code can be changed by the School.
Reports > Adhoc > Create New Reports > Report Domains > Attendance
The Subcodes have also been added to the Adhoc Reporting Domain for Attendance under the Attendance Basic and Attendance Codes options.
Covid-19 Dashboard
The Covid-19 Dashboard has been updated to take account of the new Subcodes.
