Census - Access Arrangements - Update to JCQ Specifications
Student Details > Profile > Access Arrangements
This statutory update introduces new options to the Online Access Arrangements dropdown in the Student Profile to comply with the latest JCQ specifications.
Enhancements:
Two new options have been added to the dropdown menu under Student Details > Profile > Access Arrangements:
- Listening to music/white noise due to a substantial impairment.
- Timetable variation on the day of the exam for a candidate with a disability.
Merging Access Arrangements & Candidate Management
With the addition of these two new access arrangement options, it may be necessary to merge existing arrangements to align with the updated JCQ specifications. Schools that have previously created their own arrangements should review and merge them accordingly using Modules > Examination > Special Access Arrangements to maintain consistency and compliance.
When merging access arrangements, the newly added options will be available for selection.
