What's new on Bromcom

Modules > Cover > Arrange Cover

Users can now select multiple members of Staff in the Arrange Cover screen and carry out bulk actions when selecting a right-click option. When selected - the multiple rows will be highlighted blue. These enhancements also apply to the Room list.

Note: When the Display.... options are selected, the popup will open on the Staff/Room that the cursor is on when the right click was actioned.

• Add Staff As Absent - will only apply a single absence to all selected Staff
• Display Staff Timetable/Details/Cover Settings - will allow users to navigate from one Staff to another
• Make Available/Unavailable For Cover - will automatically switch from one state to another as per existing functionality

• Add Room Closure - will only apply a single closure to all selected Rooms
• Display Room Timetable/Details - will allow users to navigate from one Room to another
