Diary - Equipment
Config > Diary > Configurations
A new option, Automatically Allocate Equipment Register, has been added to the Diary Configurations page.
Note: By default the option is unticked and will have to be manually selected.
Modules > Diary > Diary > School Diary
Availability check is added: When selecting the New Equipment Booking button and completing your Request, on clicking the Save button, the system will automatically check the number of Accepted Requests for that Equipment, Location, Time and Date to find out the availability. A message will be given if available allowing you to Proceed with the Booking. A message will also be given if not available.
If the new option, Automatically Allocate Equipment Register, is turned ON, then request will be automatically accepted and allocated to the user, if there is availability.
