Examinations - Manage Results: Full Visibility of Exam Board Data
Modules > Examination > Manage Results > View > Results
We have enhanced the Results Details popup to provide clearer, more detailed visibility of exam results exactly as supplied by awarding bodies.
Key Enhancements:
1. Core Results Always Visible
Core result fields - Grade, Possible Grades, Mark, and Possible Marks - are now always displayed by default.
- If any data is missing, the field will display “Not Provided” to make this clear to users.
- Marks remain editable.
2. New: Exam Components & Endorsements
For the first time, component-level grades and marks, and endorsements supplied by exam boards are visible in the MIS.
- New Series Component Breakdown and Endorsements panels present read-only information.
- Panels appear independently and are hidden when no data is available.
- Where a Max Mark is missing, the panel will display “Not Provided.”
- These panels are not shown for non-EDI results.
3. Component Breakdown in Additional Pages
Exam component breakdowns are also accessible from the following pages:
Double-click the Exam Name row (marked with a C badge) to open the Component Results popup.

- Modules > Examinations > Discount Exam Results > Select Student
- Modules > Examinations > Manage Candidates > Select Student > Candidate Results
