What's new on Bromcom

Annual Budget Listing (Ledger Detail) has been added as a new export option.

• Supports CSV (default), TSV, and PDF formats for export.
• Standardised file naming conventions are as follows:
  • AnnualBudgetListingLedgerDetail_[DD-MM-YY_HH-MM-SS].pdf
  • AnnualBudgetListingLedgerDetail_[DD-MM-YY_HH-MM-SS].csv
  • AnnualBudgetListingLedgerDetail_[DD-MM-YY_HH-MM-SS].tsv

• Financial Year Selector: Mandatory dropdown defaulting to the active financial year.
• Fund Selector: Optional multi-select dropdown including all valid funds for the selected financial year. Defaults to all funds if left blank.
• Budget Scenario Selector: Mandatory dropdown defaulting to the Original Budget for the selected financial year, marked as (Default).

• Groups data by Ledger Code and Fund.
• Displays Cost Centre, Original Budget, Current Expenditure Budget, Current Income Budget, Current Budget, and Variance.
• Expenditure is represented as positive; income as negative.
• Omits rows where both Current and Original Budget are 0.00.
• Includes Ledger and Fund Totals.
• Displays the total budget amount at the end of the report.
• Footer includes user details and a timestamp.

• Header Line: Includes Financial Year, Funds, User, Establishment Name, and Establishment Number.
• Detail Lines: Includes Ledger Code, Cost Centre, Budget Amounts, and Cost Centre Grouping details.
• CSV format encloses values in quotes (""), separated by commas.
• TSV format separates values using tabs.
