To provide better clarity on actual fund usage, the Current Budget column in the Fund Code Review screen has been updated to display Total Allocation. This update allows Finance users to more accurately track expenditures against the total funds allocated to each fund code.
Key Changes:Column Name Update: The column previously labeled Current Budget in the Fund Code Review is now renamed to Total Allocation. This aligns with the terminology used on the Fund Allocations page.
Data Update:The values displayed in the Total Allocation column are now pulled from the Total Fund Allocation field on the Fund Allocations page. This ensures consistency between both areas.
Export Updates: When using the Grid Actions feature to export the data from Fund Code Review, the column name is now labeled as Total Allocation.
Additional Notes: This update provides clearer information for Finance users, enabling them to track fund usage more accurately and manage budgets with improved transparency.
