Key Features:

Unreconcile All

  • When the Show Reconciled filter is Selected: All visible items will be deselected, marking them as unreconciled and updating Reconciled Totals and Running Balance.
  • When Show Unreconciled is Selected: The select all option will not be available, as all visible items are unreconciled and unselected.
  • When Show Both is Selected: All selected items will be deselected, adjusting Reconciled Totals and Running Balance.

Invert Items

  • Available Only with Show Both Selected: Reverses the selection status of each visible item, updating Reconciled Totals and Running Balance based on the new selections.
  • Example: If 45 out of 50 items are selected as reconciled, inverting will result in 5 items selected, 45 items deselected.

Important Note:

  • Changes Must be Saved: Use Save or Adjust to commit changes. Unsaved selections will be lost.

This update streamlines the reconciliation process, providing more flexibility in managing bank statements and reducing time spent on repetitive selection tasks.
