This update enhances the VAT Full Report by introducing a structured CSV export format, ensuring consistency with the existing PDF output while improving data accessibility for reporting and analysis.
Key Enhancements:
New CSV Export Option:
- Available in Reports > Finance > VAT Reporting when exporting VAT Full Reports.
- Users can select Comma Separated Variable (.CSV) format.
Standardised File Naming Convention:- VATFullReport_[DD-MM-YY_HH-MM-SS]_[EstablishmentNumber].csv
- Ensuring unique and identifiable filenames for each export.
Formatted Data Output:
- Header Line: Includes key report details such as Financial Year, VAT Period, Establishment Code, and User Login.
- Transaction Lines: Matches the PDF report format, listing VAT Code, Transaction Date, Ledger Code, Transaction Type, Reference, Description, Supplier/Customer, Net Value, VAT Amount, and Gross Value.
- Total Line: Summarises all VAT Inputs, Outputs, and Totals for the selected period.
- Summary Section: Provides a breakdown by VAT Code, VAT Rate, and Input/Output Totals.
