Framework - Bromcom AI
Bromcom has released the UK’s first MIS based AI, enhancing our MIS by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve School Operations, Student Outcomes and Data Management.
The Bromcom AI will be released in 2 Phases:
- Phase 1 - giving school staff the opportunity to access Public Data
- Phase 2 - the incorporation of School Data will be in various stages and in line with our Product Roadmap addressing questions raised by Schools as an ongoing process
Important Note: The Chatbot released in this version is an Open AI ChatGPT for Public Knowledge Questions and does NOT have access to Schools or User's data.
The Bromcom AI is available on every page within the MIS, by clicking on the Chatbot icon at the top of the page, move the pointer over the icon to see the Tooltip.
When selected for the first time you will be asked to Agree or Disagree to the Bromcom AI - Terms of Service. If you select to Agree, you will not be asked again and the Bromcom AI option will be displayed.
The Bromcom AI will answer general questions. Simply type in your question and let the Bromcom AI answer. Once you have an answer you can Copy the result by clicking on the Copy icon below and paste elsewhere.
Note: Top questions from schools will be displayed when first opening the Bromcom AI.
Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions > Framework > Bromcom AI
The option will have to be enabled from the Framework module for the appropriate Roles.
