MAT Finance - Aged Creditor Report Enhancements

The Aged Creditor report has been updated with the following features:

The As At Date determines the information displayed in the report. When a MAT Finance user runs the report with the As At Date set to the last day of the financial year, it will reflect the creditors' position as of that date, excluding any payments made after that date.

Users can now tick the new Include Unauthorised Transactions checkbox. When selected, this will include all unauthorised transactions (e.g., unauthorised invoices or credit notes) in the outstanding balances for suppliers. This allows MAT Finance users to accurately compare their creditor control balance against the Aged Creditor report.

If the Include Unauthorised Transactions checkbox is unticked, the report will display Unauthorised: No.
Finance > Dashboard
To help MAT Finance users reconcile the Aged Creditor dashboard with the Aged Creditor report, the Dashboard widget has been updated:
- The Dashboard widget will not include any unauthorised transactions.
- The Dashboard widget will always use today's date as the As At Date.
