Vision - Primary Tracker Distribution
Vision > Central > Assessment > Primary Tracker
The option to Distribute: Early Years, Formative, Standardised Tests, and Summative Assessment Sheet Configurations from MAT Vision to Primary Schools within the Trust has been updated to a 3 Step Wizard, Step 1 - Select Schools, Step 2 - Review Associations and Step 3 - Distribute.
Note: Step 2 Review Associations will match the NC Year Group and Subjects between the Master School and the selected Schools, giving a Message and if needed an Action, which can be clicked on to open directly to the MIS, if there are any issues with the Mapping. The Refresh All button will Refresh all of the Associations.
Note: Distributing Assessment Sheets will OVERWRITE any existing data the schools may already have.
Selecting the Download Summary button will download the Summary to Excel.
Vision > Admin > Roles
The Central Management - Primary Tracker, Permission will have to be allocated to the User Roles.
