Options - Options Setup: Combine multiple Option Setups into a single setup
A new button Combine Setups has been added which will combine two or more setups into a single setup so that Timetable Patterns can generate blocks for all students together.
- Year Group must be the same
- Start date - End date: Start date must be in the future, and Start date of a setup cannot be after the End date of another setup
- Status must be Published
- Dry Run status must be the same
- Students can only belong to one setup being combined
Users will click on Combine Setups, and provide a Combined Setup Name and tick two or more Options Setups from the table to be combined into one. A combined setup group will be added to the table when the user clicks on + Combine Setups.
A Confirmation popup appears.
Note: If Options Setups in Draft form are combined, the system will display the following Warning. Drafts should be Published before they will appear in the Clash Table and the Timetable Pattern pages.
A combined setup has been created and will appear in the Options Setup table for use with the Clash Table and the Timetable Patterns process. Users can edit the combination and individual setups in the combination as required.
Note: The individual setups will continue to be used for Forms, Importing Pupil Choices, and Review Pupil Choices pages.
