Options - Options Setup: Pre 16 Now Supports On Roll, Pre Admission, and Applicant Students

This release introduces the ability to create Pre-16 Studies Type setups with the option to include On Roll, Pre Admission, and Applicant students - just as available in Post-16 setups.
