Administration - 2026 Admission Files Update
The Admissions Transfers process has been updated for the 2026 intake to ensure compliance with statutory requirements for Schools in England and Wales.
What's New
ADT Import
- Admissions Data Transfer file, from the local authority where the school acts as their Own Admission Authority.
- Available at Config > Administration > ADT Import.
- File naming updated: Example "999LLLL_ADT_1114999_26001.XML"
- ADT Version updated to 23.0.
ASL Export
- Admissions School List, where the school acts as their Own Admission Authority.
- Available at Config > Administration > ASL Export.
- File naming updated: Example "9994444_ASL_111LLLL_26001.XML"
- ASL Version updated to 23.0.
