Administration - New Safeguarding Chronology Report
Students > Student Details > Safeguarding > Incidents
Safeguarding Leads and Administrators can now download a chronological PDF report of all safeguarding incidents directly to their device's download location.
Upon clicking the icon, a Confirmation popup will appear, click Proceed to continue.
Key Features:
- The report includes all historical data stored in the Incidents panel.
- Each incident is displayed on a separate page.
- The header on each page will read: Safeguarding Chronology Report <Student Name> <Admission Number>
Incident format (per page, ordered chronologically from oldest to newest):
- Incident Date
- Acknowledged
- Status
- Archived
- Safeguarding Category
- Linked Students/Siblings
- Incident Details
- Linked Actions
- Subcategories
- Body Map
- Involved Agencies
- Attachments
