Administration - SCR: Declared Disability Status
Modules > Administration > HR & Performance Management > SCR Management
For schools in England, the Declared Disability Status column has been added to the SCR that originates from the Staff Details > Profile > Medical Conditions, Dietary Needs & Impairments panel.
What's New
- The Declared Disability Status column can be found under Columns > Additional Details.
- The column will be unticked by default.
- The column displays one of the following:
- Not Selected
- Not Yet Obtained
- Yes
- No
- Refused
If a staff member's Declared Disability Status is set to Not Selected or Not Yet Obtained, and 180 days have passed since their role start date, the status turns red.
Note: Although the status can be highlighted red in the SCR, it will not appear in the Staff Profile SCR Data Check panel as it is not a statutory requirement and purely additional information for schools in the SCR page.
