Administration - Updating MIS with Newcomer requirements
Groups > Group Type = Report Group
For schools in Northern Ireland, when viewing a Report Group with Dynamic Membership Options, a new Membership Filter - Data Field has been added to the Filter Type dropdown list labelled Newcomer with values Yes or No.
Modules > Assessment > Assessment Sheets List
The Newcomer checkbox has been added to the Add/Remove Additional Columns popup in Key Stage Levels of Progression Marksheets. The Newcomer option is disabled by default.
When enabled:
- A Newcomer column is added to the assessment marksheet.
- The column automatically pulls data from the Newcomer fields on the student's profile.
Students > Student List
Newcomer has been added to the Add/Remove Additional Columns popup in the Student List.
When enabled, the column appears on the Student List page and displays Newcomer status for each student.
