For schools in England, the following improvements have been introduced to School On A Page to improves it's usability and functionality:
We are pleased to announce that School On A Page is now available to All-Through Schools (provided the Primary Tracker has been configured).
Terminology
The following terminology has been updated across all the relevant tabs for consistency:
- “ARE" (Age Related Expectations) has been replaced with “At Expected”.
- "GDS" (Greater Depth Standard) has been replaced with “Above Expected”.
- “ARE+” has been replaced with “At & Above Expected”.
Year Dropdown
A new Year dropdown has been added to all tabs to allow users to select different academic years, with the default set to the current year. Once an academic year is selected, the corresponding terms for that year will be shown.
Export
Schools can now choose to export a CSV file in Landscape as well as the existing Word and PDF options. The need to "Select the tabs to be included" has been removed, and all tabs will be included in the export.The student list has been updated to include the following:
- Boys
- Girls
- SEN students
- PP
- PP with SEN
- PP + SEN
- SEN students with EHCPs
- SEN students without EHCPs
- Students with EAL
- Eligible for FSM
- LAC
- Service Children
- Disadvantaged students
Note: Each row has a tooltip providing a description of the group.
Attendance and Absences Tab
The tab now includes two new rows: Persistent Absence and Severely Absent, and the PP column tooltips have also been updated to clarify what they refer to.
EYFS Attainment Tab (Primary & All-Through Schools Only)
All EYFS Subjects will be measured on the following assessments:
- At Expected
- Below Expected
KS Overall Attainment Tab (Primary & All-Through Schools Only)
The Key Stage Subjects will be measured on the following assessments: - At & Above Expected
- Above Expected
- At Expected
- Below Expected
- At & Above Target
The KS1 “At GLD”, Lower KS2 “Exs + Validated”, and Upper KS2 “Exs + Validated” columns have been replaced with Baseline Results. A tooltip has also been added which reads: “Data derived from Primary Tracker Baseline Marksheet.”
- If a student does not have a baseline value, their record will be excluded from calculations that rely on baseline data.
- The baseline comparator supports junior schools where pupils join in Year 3 and do not have KS1 data. If a school has no pupils in Years 1–2, the KS1 table will display zeros with a tooltip explaining “No KS1 cohorts present.”
