Finance: Schedules and Mapping Expanded for Multiple Years
Modules > Finance > Routines > Online Payment Mappings
You can now set up and maintain a schedule to use mappings across multiple financial years rather than being restricted to the existing year.
What's New
When relevant fees have been mapped click Process Payments.
Then click Schedule in the pop-up.
Schedules can now span multiple financial years. They can also be open ended by setting no end date. Once created the schedule will keep running unless you set an end date. Click Save when ready.
If mappings will become invalid during the schedule period, a caution will display showing you the origin of the invalid mapping. You can then either Continue with your schedule or Cancel it.
The new Transfer Mappings button allows you to copy mappings from the previous financial year.
Clicking the button displays a pop up so you can choose whether to overwrite existing mappings. Click Transfer from last year to continue.
You will see a Transfer complete summary when the mappings have transferred. This will also be downloaded to your computer as a file using the name format OnlinePaymentMappingTransfer_<Todaysdate>.
Config > Setup > Roles And Permissions
The new Transfer Mapping permission will have to be enabled from the Finance module for the appropriate roles under Routines > Online Payment Mappings.
