MAT Finance: Budget Projections Report – Income Toggle

Reports > Finance > Budget Projections

The Budget Projections Report has been enhanced to give users greater flexibility in how Income values are displayed, supporting different budgeting and reporting preferences.

Show Income As

A new option allows users to select whether to Show Income As either Positive (default) or Negative directly from the Budget Projections Reports page and will apply to the reports your create. This applies to IN Ledger Types.

Positive

  • Income values display as positive figures.

  • The report behaves exactly as it does currently.

  • No changes to existing calculations or totals.

Negative

  • Income values display as negative figures.

  • The Report Summary also reflects your selection.

Save Report Parameters

Administrators have the ability to save these preferences for future use by choosing Positive or Negative then clicking the pencil icon in the top right and selecting the green save icon.
