Options - Timetable Patterns: Enhanced Student and Subject Removal in Block Review
Modules > Options > Timetable Patterns
In View Patterns > View Details, the Block Review tab has been enhanced to streamline the process of removing students and subjects from blocks. These improvements apply to both individual blocks and all blocks simultaneously.
Individual Blocks
To manage individual blocks, click the three dots and select whether to remove all students or all subjects.
Note: A confirmation popup will appear asking if you want to proceed.
- Remove all students
- Removes all students from the selected block.
- All students will be moved to the Pupil Unassigned section.
- Weighted Subjects and Dependent Combinations: If a student is removed from a class in one block, they will also be removed from any linked classes in other blocks.
- Remove all subjects
- Removes all subjects from the selected block.
- All students will be moved to the Pupil Unassigned section.
- All subjects will appear in the Subject Information tab with no block association.
- Weighted subjects and Dependent Combinations: If a subject is removed, students will also be removed from any linked classes in other blocks.
All Blocks
To remove across all blocks, click the new Actions button to select whether to remove students or subjects:

- Remove all students from all blocks
- Removes all students across all blocks.
- All students will be moved to the Unassigned Pupils page.
- Remove all subjects from all blocks
- Removes all subjects across all blocks.
- All students will be moved to the Pupil Unassigned section within each block.
- All subjects will be listed in the Subject Information tab without any block association.
