Vision: Staff Right-Side Panel Enhancements

The existing right-side panel on the Staff List page has been refreshed to show more data at a glance and in a clearer, colour-coded format. The panel has also been added to the Staff Absences page as a new feature.
What's New
The sections on the panel are now:
- Unique Identifiers (pink)
- Contract Details (yellow)
- Ethnicity & Religion (green)
- Medical Conditions, Dietary Needs & Impairments (orange)
- Basic Details (grey)
- Qualifications (blue)
Notes
Northern Ireland also includes First Language Fluency, Home Language and Home Language Fluency within Basic Details.
Wales also includes Support Staff Category, Teacher Category and Leaver destination within Contract Details; National Identity, Welsh Ability and Teaching or Working Through the Medium of Welsh in Basic Details; and Special Education Qualification Category, Special Teacher Qualification Category and NPQH Completed in Qualifications.
Users accessing the panel via SSO login can still launch the Staff Profile in the MIS using the link in the header.
