wTimetable - New Simple View for Staff Side Panel

Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling and Curriculum Plan

This release introduces a new Simple View option in the Staff side panel. For staff with more than one subject relationship, instead of showing a row per subject, Simple View displays one row per staff member. 
Key updates:
  • A new Display dropdown has been added, containing:
        • A new Simple View
        • Detailed View (original view, set as default)
        • The existing Staff for all Year Groups toggle (always on in Simple View)

  • In Simple View:
        • Staff total contact time is displayed in both the Assigned and Total column.
        • Hovering over the Assigned column displays a popup with a breakdown by subject of assigned contact time vs. total contact time assigned to this subject.

  • Tooltips have been added to the visual indicators in Simple View to highlight when contact time has been exceeded—either for individual subjects or overall:
    • Amber – Staff related Available Contact Time has been partially succeeded for individual subjects.
    • Red – Please review Staff assigned contact time or amend overall contact time on the Staffing page.
