Setup - New Currently Logged On Users report
Config > Setup > System Logs
A new Currently Logged On Users report has been added to the System Logs page. This report provides a real-time view of users who are currently logged in to the MIS Cloud system for your school.
Key Features
The report displays:
- Total active sessions
- User
- Role
- Login Time
How it works
- Users are added to the report as soon as they log in.
- Users are removed when they log out or their session times out due to inactivity.
- The report refreshes automatically every five seconds, so users may appear or disappear while you are viewing it.
- The report can be exported to Excel.
- The report shows ten entries per page by default.
Important: This report only shows users currently logged in to the MIS Cloud system. It does not include users signed in to MCAS Web, the Student Portal, or Apps.
