Vision - A new version of the Bromcom Vision Analytics Pack is available from the Power BI app store

Log into your Power BI Account to update the App to v.1035

Note: As we continue to revamp the pack, old versions of reports become redundant as new ones are released. Old reports won’t disappear however, unless manually deleted. To do this, log into your Power BI Account, go to the app workspace, and delete the old report.

New reports in this update – Attendance, Primary Tracker KS1 & KS2 (last year)

Rolling academic years forward – All reports have now been rolled forward to 2023/24 where applicable. We aimed to have this update release at an earlier point, but was setback in order to complete necessary developments. We apologise for any inconvenience. In future we will ensure this is rolled forward in due time and on a dynamic basis where possible.

New Features

NEW! – Attendance revamp

We’ve now revamped the Attendance report! This replaces the old report and adds a bunch of new features as part of our Revamp Project and acting on feedback. We hope you like the new look and feel. We hope to release a revamped Staff Dashboard and KS4 Performance in upcoming updates.

Primary Tracker KS1 & KS2 (last year)

This new report is a copy of the Primary Tracker KS1 & KS2 report and is configured to display data for the previous academic year 2022/23, where the main report will display for 2023/24. This came as a recent request. We aim to combine these reports into one seamless item in future develop work.

KS1 & KS2 Stage Assessment

Assessment component (TA/TT) can now be selected by using the filters on each page where applicable. This applies only to Reading and Maths outcomes (switching between REA/REM and MAT/MAM, based on DfE documentation).

The new Attendance report

As well as adopting the new design, this report brings lots of new ways to analyse your attendance data.

Overview is designed to give you what’s most important at the highest level, with views on top level statistics against national, a three-year attendance chart, highlight of which year group & vulnerable group is most significant, and attendance for recent weeks as well as upcoming weeks from last year across your schools.
