This release improves how double and linked periods are displayed in Step 5: Session Issues of the Auto Schedule process. These periods are now clearly identified in the Block Period column and grouped together within their own single row.
Key Updates:
- Double/Linked periods appear with all related periods grouped within a single row.
- The description Double or Linked is now used in the Block Period column to identify these periods.
- Suggested Action Column:
- When a double/linked period has only one issue, the Suggested Action is shown in full. Users can select the tick in the Action column to accept the suggested action.
- When a double/linked period has one issue per block period, users will need to click the button in the column to open the See Suggested Actions popup. User can now Accept All from the popup. When Accept All is chosen, the Status is updated to Accepted. Click the cross in the Action column to reverse the decision.
- Users must remember to click Update to rerun auto scheduling and review steps 4 and 5 again before clicking Apply Schedule.
Note: When a double/linked period has two or more issues per block period the Suggested Action column will be blank. Users will need to manually resolve the issues after investigating the Reasons.
