Modules > wTimetable > Scheduling
Visual indicators and detailed popup messages have been added to the Scheduling page to help users schedule Linked Blocks more efficiently. When a user tries to schedule a Linked Block - a visual indicator in the period header will let the user know if all, some or none of the sessions can be scheduled.
- Green Indicator: The Period header will be shaded green when all sessions in a linked block can be scheduled without any issues.
- Amber Indicator: The Period header will be shaded amber when at least one session in the linked block has a conflict. All sessions can still be scheduled. Users will see a popup message detailing the conflicts, such as "Room assign to more than one session in this period".
- Red Indicator: A red dot appears in the Period header when at least one session in the linked block cannot be scheduled due to conflicts. No sessions will be scheduled. Users will see a popup message detailing the reasons why the sessions cannot be scheduled, such as "non-contact code assigned".
