Configuration > Examination > A2C Centre Setup
Note: This page is currently disabled. We are aiming to enable this for General Release after completing the Trials in early 2022. If you are interested in activating this page and taking part in Live Trials please contact us so we can enable this page for you.
A new page A2C Centre Setup has been added, showing the Connection Status and the Centre Number. An Awarding Organisation can be made Active by adding the Centre Number, the Access Key and ticking the Active box.
Note: Permission to access the A2C Centre Setup option will be required.
Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions > Select Role Name > Module > Examination
Modules > Examination > Manage Submissions
Note: This process will only be live once the A2C Centre Setup page has been completed. This new feature is currently subject to a live trial so not yet on general release. If you want to take part in the trial, please contact us.
A Submit/Send button has been added to the page to allow selected Entries with the Action Code E and Amendments with the Action Code A to be sent directly to the Awarding Organisation via the A2C Exchange [Bromcom's Integrated Submissions Process]. Once successfully sent they will be marked as Submitted, this removes the need to download manually any files for awarding organisations configured for use with the new process.
Config > Examination > Examination Boards
The Examination Boards have been updated to add in new Awarding Organisations who are participating in the A2C Project.
Modules > Examination > Manage Candidates
A Warning message has been added when Deleting a Candidate who has an assigned Candidate Number, which has never been submitted for any Exams, as the Candidate Number in these circumstances will not be saved.
Modules > Examination > Seating Organisation
The Year Group Filter is now dynamic to just the Students in that Season and we have added a Tutor Group/Class Filter to enable seating by Class or by Tutor Group.
Config > Examination > Configurations
A new option Exam Sheets Auto Save has been added to the Exam Configurations section. When selected the Exam Sheets will be saved automatically.
Note: By default this option will be on.
Modules > Examination > Exam Sheets List
When the Exam Sheets Auto Save option is not selected a Save and Close button will be displayed, for manual saving and closing of the Exam Sheets.
